Anyone above the age of 18 is allowed to invest on Stakeacres provided they pass our compliance checks as per DFSA regulatory requirements.

You sign up, browse our opportunities in detail, fund your wallet and start investing.

After clearing the compliance checks, you may then proceed to deposit funds via payment method made available by Stakeacres. Once Stakeacres has received your funds, they will be credited in your wallet as available balance and you may then use the funds to invest in one of our properties.

The minimum amount required for investment varies depending on the property. The lowest available amount required to invest on stakeacres is 250 AED.

Stakeacres is in charge of operating the platform as well as identifying and managing investments on behalf of investors until the end of their Investment Term (i.e.until a property has been sold and capital returned back to investors).

In addition to financial administration, we eliminate all operational headaches for our investors as they do not have to worry about tenant operations, leasing, maintenance or any technical requirements.

No. As part of our commitment to being fully transparent with our investor base, all properties offered on the platform will include a full 3D walkthrough, high resolution photos and inspection reports. However as we generally look to offer properties that are already tenanted, visiting those units can be difficult and impractical, especially with many investors in each property. It is therefore not operationally feasible to arrange visits to all properties.

When you invest in a property on Stakeacres, you are investing in the shares of an Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that will own the title deed to the subject property. All investors in a property will be issued shares in the SPV in proportion to the amount they invested.

No. You will not earn any interest on funds in your Stake wallet that are not yet invested.

The cash you will receive will be determined by the net yield of the property you invested in and the amount you invested.

For example, if you invest AED 100,000 into a property that generates a monthly returns of 23%, you will receive AED 276,000 per year in cash returns.
